All comments or complaints received through the corporate contact are communicated to the Audit Committee Chair and shared with the full Board of Directors. The Tekelec confidential compliance hotline, which is available to employees, is reported to the Audit Committee Chair and Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and General Counsel by the Director of Internal Audit on a monthly basis.
